Puppet show Pakkay Dost's YouTube channel hacked
Bilal Maqsood, the creator behind the children's puppet show, Pakkay Dost, has announced that hackers have taken over their social media account, which has aggrieved many.
Taking to his Instagram account, Bilal Maqsood uploaded a story in which he said that Pakkay Dost's social media account is now under unauthorized control, warning viewers not to click on any notice or any new video links until they confirm the safety.
Bilal Maqsood also informed fans that they are in contact with authorities to resolve the issue.
"Our Pakkay Dost YouTube channel has been hacked and is currently under someone else's control. We are already in touch with Google/YouTube and working to recover. Please do not click on any new videos or links from the channel until we confirm it's safe." He wrote.
The puppet show, launched in 2023, earned widespread praise for its storytelling and visuals, nurturing a love for Urdu while teaching children valuable life lessons.
Bilal released a second volume of nursery rhymes from the show on YouTube last month.
