In complete disregard for the seniority list, an officer on eleventh position on the list has been made the acting chief human resource officer (CHRO) Pakistan International Airlines, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday. 

Athar Hussain has been preferred for the post over 10 officers, who are senior to him and also have a working experience. 

Athar has been made the CHRO in place of Air Commodore Amir Altaf, who has rejoined the Pakistan Airforce.
