India has issued visas to Pakistani zaireen to visit Ajmer Sharif, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, passports of 488 people had been sent, and visas have been issued to 249 zaireen only.

As many as 238 zaireen have been deprived of visit to Ajmer Sharif. Visa was issued to only one of the six officials responsible for the maintenance of zaireen.

All the zaireen of Ajmer Sharif were informed through message.

The zaireen, who were issued visas, have been directed to reach Lahore.

They will leave for India on Tuesday to visit Ajmer Sharif.
