6,862 health SOPs violations registered across Pakistan

The National Command Operation Centre (NCOC) observed more than 6,862 violations of health guidelines/instructions across Pakistan during the last 24 hours.

NCOC shared the figures from the provinces which provided data on smart lockdowns and enforcement measures in various areas basing on Trace, Tests & Quarantine (TTQ) strategy.

More than 880 markets/shops and six industries were given warnings or fined or sealed and 1229 transporters were fined or sealed across Pakistan.

In Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) 370 violations were observed, nine shops and markets were closed or sealed while 186 vehicles were given warnings or cautioned.

In Gilgit Baltistan 178 violations were observed while 91 markets and shops were closed or sealed and 11 transporters were fined.  

In Punjab 1949 violations were observed while 475 markets and shops were closed or sealed and 623 vehicles were given a warning or ticketed. Four industries were also fined in Punjab.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) 3648 SOPs violations were observed and 209 shops were closed or given warnings while 113 vehicles were given a warning or ticketed.

In Islamabad 33 SOPs violations were observed and 23 industries were closed or given warnings while 9 vehicles were given a warning or ticketed.

In Sindh 609 SOPs violations were observed while 36 markets and shops were closed or sealed and seen vehicles were given warning or ticketed and 59 vehicles were ticketed.

In Balochistan 684 SOPs violations were observed while 71 markets and shops were closed or sealed while 287 transports were fined over the SOPs violations.
