A day after the demise of Mufti Naeem, known religious scholar Allama Talib Johari passed away on late Sunday. He was 80.

Allama Talib Johari’s son Riaz Haider confirmed the death of his father. Johri was admitted to a private hospital in Karachi. He was suffering from heart-related problems. Allama Talib Johri breathed his last tonight. He was brought to hospital after his heath condition deteriorated.

Allama Talib Johri was awarded with Sitara-i-Imtiaz for its outstanding service in the field of religious activities. Johri was born on August 27, 1939 in Indian city Patna.

On Saturday, religious scholar Mufti Naeem, chancellor and co-founder of Jamia Binoria, passed away in Karachi. Mufti Naeem was laid to rest at Jamia Binoria.
