FJMU achieves top medical university rank in HE Higher Education Rankings 2025

Fatima Jinnah Medical University (FJMU) has achieved a remarkable position in the HE Higher Education Rankings 2025, standing 58th globally out of 422 universities, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday. 

According to a press statement, FJMU stands 5th nationally among 28 participating institutions from Pakistan and has proudly claimed the top spot among all medical universities in the country.

The university’s success is attributed to the visionary leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof Khalid Masud Gondal, the relentless dedication of Director QEC Prof Bilquis Shabbir and her team, including Deputy Director QEC Mr. Bilal Baig, as well as the entire faculty and staff. Their collective efforts have propelled FJMU to new heights on the global academic stage, the press release added. 

The recognition in the HE Rankings underscored FJMU’s continuous pursuit of academic excellence and its contributions to the field of medicine.
