Three Afghan suspects arrested in Karachi
Karachi’s District East Police caught and arrested three Afghan suspects Tuesday, while raiding various areas of the city, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The police also recovered drugs and arms from their possession.
The New Town area police took action according to Foreign Act. The suspects did not have any travel documents or ID cards.
While raiding, the police captured one suspect from Gulistan-e-Johar and the other two from Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
The accused were identified as Muhammad S/O Abdul, Akbar S/OAbdullah and Dawood S/O Abdul.
One of the alleged drug dealers was captured from Shahrah-e-Faisal and drugs were confiscated, said the SSP east division.
He said the other culprits were also arrested from the same division and weapons were recovered.
The confiscated items included 1070 grams of hashish along with two 32-bore revolvers and ammunition.
A case has been filed against the criminals and orders for further investigation have been issued.
