Kylie Jenner faces cringe moment at BAFTAs 2026
Kylie Jenner found herself in an awkward moment during the 2026 BAFTAs when host Alan Cumming made an uneasy joke while handing her a giant Jammie Dodger.
The 28 year old reality star attended the British Academy Film Awards at London’s Royal Festival Hall to support her boyfriend Timothée Chalamet.
During the ceremony, Cumming, 61, distributed very British snacks to stars in the audience.

While Chalamet received Scampi Fries, Jenner was handed an oversized Jammie Dodger, prompting Cumming to quip, “Kylie, have you ever had your gums around a giant Jammie Dodger?”
Though Kylie politely muttered a “Thank you,” her discomfort was obvious, and social media quickly lit up with reactions to the awkward moment.

The moment sparked comparisons to last year, when Kylie and Chalamet reportedly considered skipping Nikki Glaser’s Golden Globes monologue to avoid jokes at Kylie’s expense.
However, this year the star walked the red carpet smoothly, avoiding being the target of humor, even earning a touching shout-out from Chalamet during his Best Actor win at the Golden Globes.
The night also highlighted big winners in film, One Battle After Another dominated with six gongs, including Best Film, Best Director, Adapted Screenplay, Supporting Actor, Cinematography, and Editing.

Jessie Buckley took home Best Actress for Hamnet, while Robert Aramayo surprised audiences by winning Best Actor for I Swear, beating favourites Chalamet and Leonardo DiCaprio.
Social media users had a field day commenting on the Jammie Dodger moment, blending amusement at the snack with admiration for Kylie’s composure.
Even Emma Stone got a playful moment when Cumming handed her Hula Hoops crisps and asked, “Do you know what a Hula Hoop is?”
