His four-stroke vehicle has been seized by the traffic police at Lytton Road Police Station against the outstanding dues of Rs14,800 (Rs200 fine for each challan).
The traffic police did not name the rickshaw driver but blurred his picture and posted it on their twitter account.
The police said the rickshaw will be given back to the owner once all the challans are paid. All fines have been slapped under Section 116-A of the Motor Vehicle Ordinance, 1965.
