Saudi FM to ‘visit’ Pakistan next month

Foreign Minister (FM) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud is expected to visit Pakistan in the middle of July, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

Quoting sources, the TV channel reported that a high-level delegation would also accompany the visiting dignitary.

The sources added that matters pertaining to the visit of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman to Pakistan would come under discussion at meetings between leaders of the two sides.

The Saudi FM will hold meetings with his counterpart Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Prime Minister Imran Khan during the visit.

Ways to further strengthen Pak-Saudi Arabia ties, restoration of peace in Afghanistan and other matters of mutual interest would come under discussion at these meetings, sources concluded.
