NAB performance review: 43 penalised in two years

National Accountability Bureau Chairman Justice (r) Javed Iqbal presided over a meeting to review the performance of the accountability bureau at its headquarters, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.

The meeting was told that from 2018 to 2020, some 43 offenders had been penalised and billions of rupees have been deposited in the national exchequer under the NAB ordinance section 10.

Director General NAB Lahore Major (R) Shehzad Salim told the meeting that Nab Lahore had got the 28 criminals punished and got them fined Rs 1180.44 million. The NAB chairman expressed his satisfaction with NAB Lahore under the leadership of DG Major (R) Shehzad Salim.
