CTD nabs four terrorists in Karachi

Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested four terrorists belonging to a banned organization from the site area of Karachi during an operation, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to authorities, the terrorists wanted to establish Lashkar Jhangvi's network in Orangi Town of the megacity.
Incharge CTD Mazhar Mashwani said that four terrorists of banned Lashkar Jhangvi, Muhammad Amin alias Muna alias Changari, Muhammad Shahnawaz alias Salim alias Mechanic, Muaz Khan and Yasin Khan were arrested.
He said that two 9 mm, two TT pistols were recovered from the terrorists.
Mazhar Mashwani said that the accused were also involved in killing of Maulana Rahimullah in Pakistan Bazar area, Muhammad Shamim in area of Iqbal Market police station and Syed Niaz Hussain him in Manghopir area.
He said that weapons and a motorcycle used in the incidents were recovered from the arrested accused.
CTD and federal security agency arrested these terrorists in joint operation and recovered the illegal weapons with great precision and strategy, said Mazhar Mashwani.
