Suspending the de-notification of 32 PTI members of the National Assembly (MNAs), the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Friday announced the postponement of by-elections on 27 NA seats which were scheduled to be held on March 16 in the light of the order of the Lahore High Court, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Hence by-polls on six NA seats in Rawalpindi have been postponed.

Similarly, there will be no elections in Lahore, Khushab, Faisalabad, Multan, Vehari, Dera Ghazi Khan, Rahim Yar Khan, Layyah, Mianwali and Bhakkar on the date announced earlier. 

Out of total 32 seats, five seats were reserved for women.
