FBR offices to remain functional on June 29 & 30

All offices and field formations of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) will remain functional on June 29 (Sunday) and June 30 (Monday) until midnight (12:00 am) for the collection of taxes, duties reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
The Chief Commissioner of Inland Revenue (IR) issued directives to all regional offices, which include the Large Taxpayers Office (LTO), Medium Tax Office (MTO), Corporate Tax Office (CTO), and Regional Tax Office (RTO).
The Chief Commissioner further directed that all the tax revenue collected by the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) should be transferred to the account of the State Bank of Pakistan on the same day.
