LHC to take up petitions against 27th Constitutional Amendment on Dec 5

The Lahore High Court (LHC) is scheduled to take up petitions against the 27th Constitutional Amendment on December 5, 24NewsHD TV reported on Monday.

A three-member bench headed by Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan will hear the case.

Justice Jawad Hassan and Justice Sultan Tanveer Ahmed are included in the three-member bench.

Munir Ahmed and others have challenged the 27th Constitutional Amendment in the LHC.
