PPP workers fire on each other during protest in Peshawar, one injured

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) workers Sunday opened fire on each other during the protest against inflation in Peshawar.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, due to firing on each other, one of the party workers got some serious injuries but survived and his treatment was going on in a local hospital.
The Peshawar police told the media that one man was injured in the incident and the shooter would be identified soon.
The tragic incident occurred on the Ashraf Road when the PPP workers were holding protests against the sitting government of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Police said that the condition of a worker injured in the firing was better in the hospital.
