SC to hear Omar Ayub plea against his disqualification on Oct 27 

Supreme Court has decided to fix appeal of PTI lawmaker Omar Ayub against his disqualification on Oct 27, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. 

According to details, a five-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the case on October 27. 

The other judges include Justice Jamal Mandokhel, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Shakeel Ahmed. 

PTI leaders Omar Ayub and Shibli Faraz have challenged their disqualification after their conviction in May 9 cases. 

Peshawar High Court had declared the appeal of the two leaders inadmissible without their surrender.
