Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar has banned Iftar parties at government expenses in the province, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The ban will be applicable to ministers, secretaries and other government officials.

CM Buzdar said that the government resources should be spent on the prevention of coronavirus pandemic and policy of discipline regarding the use of government resources should be strictly followed.

Moreover, CM Buzdar emphasized the public to follow the policy of staying home and staying safe during Ramazan.
