Nepra increases electricity price again

In another bad news for electricity consumers, National Electric Power and Regulatory Authority (Nepra) Thursday increased the electricity tarrif by 0.79 paisas per unit. Reported 24NewsHd TV channel.

Nepra has increased the electricity price as a monthly fuel adjustment for the month of March.

Nepra has issued a notification regarding the increase in electricity price.

The consumers will be charged additionally in their bills for the month of May.

The increase will not apply to Lifeline and K Electric customers.
