Polling for PK-7 Swat by-election continues

Voting for the candidates of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) continued in the Swat by-election for provincial assembly on Sunday (today), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

It is reported that voting for the by-election in PK-7 constituency is being carried out for Fazal Maula, the candidate for the PTI, and Hussain Ahmed, the candidate for the PDM.

Besides, two independent candidates are also in the race for the seat of the provincial assembly.

Polling for the by-election will continue from 8am to 5pm.

Foolproof security measures have been ensured for the purpose.

At least 124 polling stations have been set up for 183,308 voters.

Besides, 308 polling booths have also been set up in the constituency.
