Security guard shot dead in Islamabad

Unidentified persons shot dead a man who worked as a security guard at a private farmhouse in Chak Shahzad, Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Police shifted the body to a hospital for the post-mortem.

Sources told 24News that in a latest development in investigation into the incident, police have found out that the murderers also snatched from the guard his gun and a cellphone. 

The Force said it was trying to ascertain whether the incident was merely a murder or the guard was killed while offering resistance to robbers.
