Fire erupts at Islamabad’s Sunday Bazaar

A fire erupted at a clothes stall at Sunday Bazaar in Islamabad’s H-9 sector on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

However, the shopkeepers extinguished the fire on time and saved the bazaar from a catastrophe.

Rescue 1122 officials, who reached the site of the fire, said that nobody had been killed in the incident.

They further said that the cause of the blaze was being ascertained.

On July 31, a fire broke out at the RDFC building in Islamabad, prompting an emergency response by the Fire Brigade and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) officials.

The building, which houses the Corporate Tax Office and several other FBR departments, was evacuated swiftly following the incident.

According to an official statement by the FBR, the fire erupted at approximately 3:30 PM and was promptly reported to emergency services.

Firefighters arrived at the scene without delay, while FBR officers from the headquarters also rushed to the site to assist in the evacuation.
