Police armed to the teeth deployed at IHC
2,500 police officials placed at court premises: Cops provided with water cannon, rubber bullets, tear shells, and pepper ball guns

Ahead of the arrival of PTI Chief Imran Khan, a heavy police contingent including senior officers have been deployed at the Islamabad High Court, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
More than 2,500 police and FC officials have been appointed to perform the security duty at the court premises.
The deployed police contingent includes four SPs, 12 ASPs/DSPs, 20 IPs, 86 USs, 1,522 CSs and 903 FC officials.
The entry of irrelevant persons has been banned in Islamabad High Court.
The city administration has sealed all the routes leading to the high court with containers and barbed wires.
Police officials have been deputed at tall buildings around the court.
A prisoner van has also been parked outside the court.
Sources said five teams have been formed for possible arrest of PTI workers and its leadership.
The force has been provided with a water cannon, 3,000 long-range tear gas, and 3,000 short-range shells.
Along with the anti-riot force, the police force has also been given rubber bullets and 2,000 pepper ball guns each.
A team of the bomb disposal squad will also remain present on the occasion.
