Five of family die after car plunges into Malakand canal

Five persons of a family including women and children died when the car in which they were travelling plunged into a canal in Malakand, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
The accident happened near an Afghan refugee camp located in Tehsil Dargai of Malakand District when the driver of car lost control due overspeeding.
The car then plunged into the canal resulting in death of five persons of the same family.
After receiving information, Rescue personnel and local volunteers launched a search operation to retrieve the bodies from the canal.
After hours-long efforts, they managed to pull out all the dead bodies and later shifted them to a hospital in Dargai.
