‘Truth shall always prevail’: Mamya Shahjaffar’s fierce response to Arsalan Asad
The latest findings regarding the controversy clouding the internet over the past couple of days involving Pakistani stars Mamya Shahjaffar and Arsalan Asad has taken an adverse turn.
According to the latest updates, the actress has decided to issue a legal notice in response to Arsalan’s legal accusations, the notice featuring clauses such as the immediate withdrawal of the intimidating legal notice issued by the actor formerly against Mamya, and to put forth a public apology for indulging in the acts of harassment and reputation harm.

Arsalan has also been asked to pay a compensation of one billion rupees for the mental distress and intimidation caused by him to the female star.
Here are all the clauses mentioned in the legal notice:
a. Immediately withdraw the false and intimidatory legal notice dated 22.05.2026;
b. Tender a clear, unconditional and public apology to my client for harassment, intimidation, reputational harm and malicious legal threats;
c. Cease and desist from any further harassment, intimidation, coercion, defamatory campaign, or misrepresentation of the interview and my client’s statements;
d. Pay compensation/damages amounting to PKR 1,000,000,000/- (Rupees One Billion Only) for the reputational harm, mental agony, emotional distress, harassment, intimidation and damage caused to my client through the acts of your client and the subsequent issuance of the false legal notice.
In the caption of the post shared by Mamya, she has reflected upon how women hesitate to voice out their distressing experiences while the people who have caused them harm continue to live in the world without any shame or repercussions.
She also makes sure to include an eminent revelation in the caption stating: “Although I barely shared half of what all I had to face with this specific person. Since I still believe, Truth shall always prevail. The sheer audacity shall remain beyond me.”
