Pakistan elect to field against Sri Lanka

Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha Tghursday elected to bowl first after winning the toss against Sri Lanka in the last group stage match of the Tr-Nation Twenty20 series at Pindi Cricket Stadium.

Pakistan have already qualified for the final of the event after winning their three games on the trot.

Abrar Ahmed and Salman Mirza return for Pakistan replacing Usman Tariq and Nasim Shah.

For Sri Lanka, it's a do-or-die situation -- a must-win scenario if they want to make it to the final.

If Sri Lanka lose, Zimbabwe will face Pakistan in the final.

For Lanka, Pathum Nissanka found a timely return to form as he struck a devastating 98 off 58 deliveries to help Sri Lanka chase down a target of 147 against Zimbabwe in just 16.2 overs, with nine wickets to spare, in what was a must-win game in Rawalpindi.

The result gives Sri Lanka their first win on the tour, and snaps a five-match losing streak in T20Is.
