PM approves establishment of 120 new accountability courts

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday approved establishment of 120 new accountability courts across the country.
Following the order of Supreme Court, the prime minister gave the permission during a meeting with Federal Law Minister Farogh Naseem. In the first step, 30 new accountability courts would be established due to financial constraints. The rest of the courts would be established phase-wise.
The prime minster was also briefed on establishment of special courts for prevention of sexual violence. Prime Minister Imran Khan sought draft of such special courts.
