Bomb blast rocks Pasni; two lives lost, vehicle destroyed

A blast near a vehicle in Pasni’s Muskan Chowk area claimed the lives of two people and left another person injured, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel on Monday.

According to administration sources, the explosion occurred near a graveyard close to Muskan Chowk, where a bomb planted by the roadside detonated near a moving vehicle.

As a result, two people, identified as Salman and Mohammad Nawaz, who were inside the vehicle, died on the spot. Another person, Shah Nazar, son of Haleem, was also injured in the blast.

The injured person was promptly shifted to the hospital for medical assistance, officials confirmed.

The powerful explosion completely destroyed the vehicle. After necessary legal procedures, the dead bodies were handed over to the families.

The police have launched an investigation into the incident.

It is worth mentioning that last year, on November 14, 2024, terrorists had attacked a security checkpoint in Pasni, injuring two security personnel, while a grenade was thrown at the private residence of the Assistant Commissioner in Panjgur, Balochistan.

In the Pasni attack, two security officials sustained injuries during a sudden assault on their checkpoint. Meanwhile, in Panjgur, unidentified individuals threw a grenade at the assistant commissioner’s residence; however, no casualties were reported in that incident.
