Federal govt notifies key transfers and postings

The federal government has carried out a fresh round of appointments and transfers in the bureaucracy, according to notifications issued by the Establishment Division.

As part of the reshuffle, Director General of the National Institute of Public Administration Islamabad, Ahsan Ali Mangi, has been transferred and appointed as Special Secretary in the Industries and Production Division.

Meanwhile, Mushtaq Ahmed, a Grade 20 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service serving in the Gilgit-Baltistan government, has been transferred and his services placed at the disposal of the Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan for a period of one year.

In another move, Officer on Special Duty Abdul Jabbar has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Law and Justice Division.

Officials said the changes are part of routine administrative adjustments aimed at improving efficiency and governance within key government departments.
