An anti-terrorism court Thursday issued non-bailable warrants for Khyber-Pakhunkhwa Transport Minister Shah Muhammad.
The minister has not been appearing before the court of special judge Babar Ali Khan since February.
He has been nominated in the case of a bomb attack on an election rally of his rival in 2013, but he denies any wrongdoing.
According to the minister, he has not received summons. He said the PTI manifesto shows the ruling party members respect the judiciary.
