Cristiano Ronaldo’s fiancée Georgina Rodriguez turns 32 after backing Melania Trump
Cristiano Ronaldo’s fiancée Georgina Rodriguez celebrated her 32nd birthday on Tuesday, marking the milestone just days after a high-profile appearance at the White House that put her firmly in the global spotlight.

The Argentine beauty was in Washington, DC, for an exclusive private screening of Melania Trump’s documentary, stepping into the presidential residence dressed in a sharply tailored black skirt suit and high heels.
A striking emerald-and-diamond necklace drew attention as she posed for photos inside the White House, while a small black purse and multiple diamond rings completed the look.

Rodriguez later reflected on the experience in an Instagram post, writing: "How lucky to have been able to attend the premiere. An experience as impressive as it was inspiring. Congratulations for your movie @melaniatrump on the work behind it, and on bringing it to life with such presence and sensitivity."
Rodriguez and football superstar Ronaldo share daughters Alana and Bella, and also welcomed twins Eva Maria and Mateo via surrogacy. Bella was born with a twin brother, Angel, who tragically died shortly after birth. Ronaldo also has an older son, Cristiano Jr, from a previous relationship. On her Instagram account, which boasts more than 60 million followers, Rodriguez describes herself as a mother of six.

The couple first met in 2016 when Rodriguez was working as a sales assistant at a Gucci store in Madrid and caught Ronaldo’s eye. Their relationship has since evolved into one of the most watched romances in sports and celebrity culture.

In November, Rodriguez revealed that she "didn't care" about her engagement ring, a detail Ronaldo later confirmed after proposing in early 2025 following eight years together. Speaking to Piers Morgan, the football icon said: "One thing that I love, she didn't care about the ring. She asked me if I was honest and I said, 'I want you and I want to marry you.'"

Ronaldo admitted the proposal was an emotional moment for him, saying: "I didn't cry, but I had tears in my eyes."
Despite describing himself as "not a romantic guy," Ronaldo went to great lengths to find the perfect ring. He explained: "She asked me for a ring to offer her because it was one of her dreams to have a good stone. And I work hard, work hard and finally I find what she love."

Recalling the proposal itself, Ronaldo said it happened late at night while their children were asleep. He described the moment: "It was like 1 am. My daughters were in bed sleeping. One of my friends gave me the ring to offer Gio, and as I was giving her the ring, my two kids come in and say, "Daddy, you're going to give the ring to mum and you're going to ask her to get married.""
He added: "I said, "Wow, this is the right moment to say yes." It was the time. I knew that I was going to do it one day, but I hadn't planned to do it then."

Ronaldo and Rodriguez publicly confirmed their engagement in August, when she shared a photo of her engagement ring on Instagram, her hand resting on his. The post was captioned with the words: "Yes I do. In this and all my lives."
Now, as Rodriguez celebrates her birthday amid political glamour, family milestones and a headline-making engagement, her rise from shop assistant to global celebrity continues to captivate millions.
