Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland arrives in Islamabad for official visit

Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland arrived in Islamabad for her first official visit to Pakistan, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.

According to Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, Patricia Scotland was welcomed at the airport by Additional Foreign Secretary Shafqat Ali Khan.

The spokesperson stated that Patricia Scotland's visit comes at the invitation of the Government of Pakistan. She added that the Secretary-General's visit will continue until August 2.
