Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif took to the residence of his cousin Tariq Shafi, who died after being hit by cardiac arrest.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb earlier confirmed the death of Tariq. She said Tariq breathed his last in Murree after he had a cardiac arrest.

As soon as Shehbaz got to know about the sad demise, he rushed to the deceased's residence to share the grief of the bereaved. He prayed the Almighty may rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the family to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude.
