Airport Security Force (ASF) personnel have foiled an attempt at Islamabad International Airport to smuggle narcotics worth Rs40 million out of the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The ASF jawans seized 3.5 kilograms of ice heroin from the bag of an Abu Dhabi-bound passenger, identified as Noor Maal, who has hidden the heroin in his bag.

The narcotics smuggler along with the seized heroin has been handed over to the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) for further action.
