Popular Pakistani actress Sarah Khan recently sat for a candid interview with India Today’s Bhavna Agarwal, revealing her desire to work with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.

During the conversation, Sarah Khan said, “I never thought like this because I never wanted to act. But when I started acting, I definitely wanted to do a film with Salman Khan.”

“And, of course, who isn’t a fan of Indian movies? We’ve grown up watching Shahrukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Salman Khan,” she added.

She also weighed in on Indo-Pak political tensions weighing on the projects artists have done or signed up for. She said that people in India love to watch Pakistani stars and it saddens her when projects get stalled because of these tensions.

Further talking about the Indian content, Sarah said, “I don’t get to watch Indian shows or anything else as much, as my daughter is very young. But, my husband [singer Falak Shabir], watches everything. He follows a lot of content on Netflix and is a big fan.”

Khan also shared when she found out how famous she was in India. She said that after her drama 'Sabaat', she started to get so many messages from India and many Indians followed her on Instagram.
