During his speech at Sahiwal on Friday, Prime Minister Imran Khan was interrupted by a boy who demanded setting up Lahore High Court’s (LHC) bench in Sahiwal, saying people of the area either had to go to Lahore or Multan in connection with their cases, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

PM Imran was in Sahiwal on Friday where he inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of a number of projects related to health, provision of clean drinking water and others.

Concurring with the boy’s statement, the prime minister said he could understand the difficulties locals had to face while pursuing their legal cases in Lahore and Multan.

Later, when another person interrupted PM Imran during his speech, saying he wanted to ask three to four questions from him, the prime minister cut him short by saying he can allow only one question to be asked.

He said he did not have time to answer three, four questions and continued with his speech.

He said the real thing was building an industrial estate in the area since it would create job opportunities for the youth.

Amid the applause from the audience, PM Khan said his government was moving towards an industrialization of the economy as it was the only way for job creation and to prosper the economy.
