Rail track damaged in Quetta blast

Bomb blast targets railway track in Quetta near Balochistan University Munir Mengal Road resultantly track damaged which affected the train service, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel.

According to police, an explosion occurred on the railway track near Lohar Karez Bridge. SSP Operations Quetta Captain R Asif Khan said approximately one foot of the track was affected by the explosion. He said Police, Special Branch and BDU team present at the spot.

CTD and police search operation was underway in the area. Captain R Asif Khan said evidence was being collected. SSP Operations urged the citizens to avoid rumors and report suspicious activity immediately.
