Another three die in floods: NDMA

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has reported that three more died in floods across the country, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.
The total number of flood deaths hits 1666 and 12,864 people sustained injuries in the recent flooding across the country, the report said.
The NDMA said 747 people died in Sindh. More than 1.2 million houses have been partially damaged and 767,418 houses have been destroyed completely, the report stated, adding that 410 bridges have been damaged and 13,074 kilometres of roads have been affected by recent floods and rains.
More than 1.1 cattle were lost in the disaster which is described as the worst calamity in the history of the country.
