Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said the PPP will emerge as the ruling party after the next general election, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.
The PPP will form the next government, he said, adding that the next election schedule might be announced anytime.
He took a swipe at the ruling PTI saying that it has emerged as a new form of the MQM.
However, he stressed that the PTI will have the fate the MQM had met in Karachi.
The PPP defeated the MQM in the battle of ballot in the past and it will do the same in the future, he said pointing to the defeat of PTI by his part in the next election as it brought about disaster in the name of change.
He cried foul in the recently-held general election for the legislative assembly of AJK. Despite all such odds, he said the PPP is the major opposition party and it will continue battle of ballot against the PTI. He urged his party workers to brace for the next PPP rule in the country.
