Another big jump in gold prices

Pakistani jewels market witnessed another big jump of gold prices on Thursday as the price of 24-karat gold has surged by Rs2,800 per tola.

According to the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24 karats of pure gold reached Rs2,10,700 per tola on Thursday.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also increased by Rs2,359 to Rs1,80,600 per 10 grams in the local market. 

Rates of 22 karats gold have also increased and traded at Rs1,88,557 per tola and Rs1,61,607 per 10-gram.

The rates of 24 karats fine silver also increased by Rs102 per tola and traded at Rs2,348 per tola while the 22 karats silver traded at Rs2,015 per 10 grams.
