Kite string injures Wapda staffer in Lahore

A WAPDA employee got injured after kite string slit his neck near Rohi Nala in Lahore on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

According to police, injured Rizwan, a resident of Lidhar village, was returning home on a motorcycle after meeting his relatives last night.

However, Rizwan got a minor injury on his neck due to the kite string. The victim did not report the accident to the police that night, said the police.

Police said that Rizwan's condition is out of danger.

In Nishtar Colony area, action is being taken against kite hawkers and vendors, police said.
