♦ NCOC announces lifting of restrictions on 60% vaccinated cities, Islamabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Gilgit and Mirpur have declared the best cities for vaccination, restrictions on gatherings and weddings in these cities have been lifted; restrictions on indoor dining and business have also been lifted; the number of passengers on domestic and inter-district journeys reduced to 100; restrictions in less vaccinated cities will remain in place until 15 November
