NAB committed to implement accountability for all policy: Justice (r) Javed Iqbal

NAB Chairman Justice (r) Javed Iqbal Thursday chaired a meeting of the prosecution division, reported 24News HD TV channel.
The meeting reviewed the overall performance of the prosecution division. The meeting was informed that the overall conviction rate in NAB cases is 66.8 percent.
NAB Chairman said that NAB had solid evidence against corrupt elements, adding that NAB's operations division and prosecution division and all regional bureaus should effectively follow up the pending cases in accordance with the law. He said that 1274 corruption references were currently pending in various courts. He said that corruption references were worth Rs1305 billion.
The chairman said that NAB's top priority was to bring mega corruption white collar crimes to the logical conclusion
He said NAB was committed to implement "accountability for all" policy to eradicate corruption.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman NAB and other officers.
