Hailey Bieber’s sister Alaia spotted after assault charges filed

Hailey Bieber’s sister Alaia Baldwin Aronow has been seen in public for the first time since assault charges were officially filed against her, and the tension was unmistakable.

The 33-year-old model stepped out on Thursday to run errands just two days after prosecutors moved forward with charges connected to her explosive 2024 arrest. Her subdued appearance stood in stark contrast to the chaos now surrounding her legal future.

Aronow was arrested in February 2024 following an alleged outburst at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia. Authorities claim she struck one person "in the genitals", pulled another individual’s hair, and threw a used tampon at a bartender during the incident.

If found guilty, she could face up to a year in jail. Her arraignment is scheduled for April 23.

The strain appeared visible as she kept a low profile while out in public. Wearing a wide-brimmed straw hat, she opted for a casual look consisting of tie-dye shorts and a plain white T-shirt, appearing tense and withdrawn.

Earlier this week, Georgia prosecutors charged her with four misdemeanors: simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass.

In a statement to Daily Mail, Aronow’s attorneys Drew Findling and Cris Schneider said: "We remain absolutely confident, there will be a positive resolution."

The incident itself reportedly unfolded when the owner of Club Elan called 911, claiming Aronow had become involved in a physical confrontation with staff and refused to leave the premises.

According to reports, Aronow entered a staff-only restroom despite being told she was not permitted to use it and was redirected to a public bathroom.

Employees allege the situation quickly escalated after that.

She is accused of becoming belligerent and physically aggressive, allegedly assaulting three staff members during the confrontation.

One security guard claimed Aronow pulled his hair while he attempted to restrain her, while another alleged she kicked him in the groin.

Bartender Haliegh Cauley said she encountered Aronow while trying to enter the employees’ restroom and claimed a used tampon touched her face.

"I said, "Listen, you guys have got to go,"" Cauley recalled, adding that Aronow had a "scary" look in her eyes.

Cauley said Aronow responded, "Do you not believe me? Do you want to see?" She later clarified that the tampon never left Aronow’s hand and only swung upward, making contact with her face.

Security reportedly intervened as Aronow began "swinging" at guards.

Cauley said she planned to file a lawsuit, stating, "That's just not appropriate and that's very uncalled for, especially when somebody's trying to help you."

Aronow told police she acted in self-defense and insisted the incident had been exaggerated.

A police report obtained by E! stated she initially denied throwing the tampon but later admitted she did. The report also cited video footage allegedly showing her grabbing a guard’s hair and striking another individual "in the genitals."

Her attorney told TMZ at the time: "On February 24, 2024, Ms. Aronow traveled to Savannah, GA to celebrate the upcoming marriage of a close friend. Sadly, what should have been a celebratory girls night out, unfortunately took an unexpected turn.

"Ms. Aronow is embarrassed and saddened by the events of that night and is proactively taking the necessary steps to ensure that it never happens again."

Aronow, a member of the high-profile Baldwin family, is a model and mother to a four-year-old daughter, Iris, whom she shares with her husband of seven years, Andrew Aronow.
