Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and Law Minister Muhammad Raja Basharat have laid the foundation stone of PIPAL House A Block.

In his speech, Pervaiz Elahi said that with the construction of People's House A Block, the members of the Assembly would be provided standard accommodation in Lahore.

He said that the old block of People’s House would be demolished and 26 new suites would be constructed.

The officials of the construction department also gave a briefing on the project to Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.

The MPAs will get standard accommodation in Lahore, he said and directed the C&W and other constructional institutions that beauty and quality should be ensured in the construction and it should be completed within the current year.
