Lahore DHA accident: accused Afnan to appear in court on March 11

Underage driver, Afnan Shafqat who was involved in the deadly road accident in Phase 7 of Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore summoned to appear in court on March 11, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to details, the prosecution filed a challan against the minor accused Afnan Shafqat, and his companions Ali Abdullah, Muhammad Saad, and Muhammad Ibrahim in the court.
They were not only held responsible for the fatal accident but also for harassing the women who lost their lives in the incident.
Among them was Shafqat Ali, who despite not having a driver's license, handed over the car keys to his underage son, contributing to the accident.
Anti-terrorism court Judge Mohammad Naveed Iqbal, initiated proceedings promptly.
The accused, including Afnan, were summoned to appear in court on March 11th.
Currently, the accused Afnan is in jail on judicial remand.
