FBR forms committees to address issues facing traders

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has formed committees to address the issues faced by the traders. 

A committee has been formed to sort out the issue of traders' arrest.

Another committee has been formed on the issue of deployment of FBR officers on the premises of businesses.

FBR’s member legal and member operations will be part of both committees.

The FPCCI president and a representative of the relevant chamber will be part of the committee on Section 37 A.

Representatives of Lahore and Karachi chambers will be part of the committee on Section 40 B. 

FBR has issued separate notifications for each committee. 

These committees will present their recommendations to the FBR chairman.
