Saba Qamar back after staying in ICU for heart issue
Pakistani superstar Saba Qamar has suffered a heart-related health complication, which landed her in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital in Rawalpindi.
As per the information, the actress was filming a project when suddenly she suffered heart-related discomfort, which prompted her immediate hospitalization.
Reports claimed that doctors carried out several medical procedures to stabilize her condition, including an angiography, a method used to detect vessel blockages by injecting dye into the bloodstream.
The doctors said that her condition was “critical upon arrival”, and a delay in medical help could make “ the situation life-threatening.”
Fortunately, her condition is stable and continues to improve.
As per reports, some sources close to the actress revealed that she was working on a major project and had been under severe mental stress and exhaustion, which has deteriorated her health. Doctors said that her health issues stemmed from “lack of sleep and extreme work pressure.”
Taking to her Instagram handle, the star informed her fans that she is doing well and returning to work after hospitalization.
In her latest Instagram update, making rounds on social media, Saba Qamar shared a picture of herself from the hospital, featuring her a bit relieved and doing fine while lying on the bed, clicking a selfie with the medical team.
Expressing gratitude to fans for prayers and concerns, Saba added in the picture: “ Hey my loveliest people! Thank you soooo much for all the love, concern, and prayers I'm totally fine (promise!). Just had a little pause, but now I'm back like I never left!"
"And guess what? You're stuck with me... foreverrr I'm not going any where so get ready for more work, more madness, and more me! Sending you all a big warm hug and lots of sparkle. Love you always," she added.
