First post-Hajj flights land in several cities

The first post-Hajj flights carrying hundreds of Pakistani pilgrims landed at different airports in Pakistan on Monday, marking the beginning of the return phase of Hajj 2026, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The first post-Hajj flight carrying 370 Pakistani Hajis landed at Islamabad International Airport. The pilgrims, who belonged to different parts of the country, arrived after completing their religious journey in Saudi Arabia.

They were warmly received at the airport by Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry.

Speaking to the media on the occasion, Tariq Fazal Chaudhry said that a total of 180,000 Pakistanis performed Hajj this year, including 120,000 under the government scheme and 60,000 through private operators.

Another flight carrying Hajis landed at Lahore’s Jinnah International Airport via Saudi flight SV-5734.

Punjab Minister Khawaja Salman Rafiq welcomes the pilgrims.

Another flight carrying 167 Hajis was landed at Faisalabad International Airport.

PML-N MNA Bilal Badar and DM Shahid Hussain welcomed the pilgrims.

PIA flight PK-964 brought back 393 Hajis from Jeddah to Sialkot Airport.
