Govt increases LPG prices yet again

The government on Monday notified a minor increase in the prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).

According to a notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra), the price of LPG has been increased by Rs1.60 per kg. The new price of LPG now stands at Rs117.15 per kilogram. Now the price of an 11.8kg domestic LPG cylinder has been increased from Rs18 to Rs83. The price of a domestic cylinder now stands at Rs1338.28. A notification in this regard has been issued by the Ogra.
